I go step by step.. I start off with my fingers, the use a tooth brush, then a hair brush handle, the I move up to fruits/vegies shaped like cocks. I uses thick cartots, an last move up to cucumbers. A toothbrush paper towels and cling wrap......put a couple layers around a toothbrush of paper towels to the thickness you want and wrap cling wrap around all of it making sure it's rounded at the end and enjoy

What I do is
Step 1- roll up a shirt or fabric to a fantasy size.

You can buy a plastic granular called polymorph that you put it hot water and melt it then you can compact it and make it into any shape you want so would be possible to make a dildo out of that.
