Hi, I was sterilized at 26 (2 1/20 yrs ago and take castus agnus every so often to help with pms symptoms etc... 8 days after taking it this time and 14 in to my 28 day cycle my breasts started hurting when they normally only hurt a day or two before my period, I am due on tomorrow and the still hurt, they are hard and lumpy and have stabbing pains as well as being constantly sore, this has never happened before has it happened to anyone else? Thanks.

As far as I know, there have been clinical and lab studies that showed castus agnus was effective in reducing pms symptoms including cyclical mastalgia - breast pain associated with the monthly menstrual cycle.
There are other women though who are reporting breast pain after having their tubes tied, so this could be a hormonal problem.
I would suggest you talked to your doctor, report anything you are taking, and describe your pain as well as when it started happening.
