I have been taking clarinex for hay fever. It is an excellent medication. You can use it freely. You should know that this medication only treat the symptom of hay fever and it doesnt treat the allergic rhinitis itself. Also if he is allergic to Claritin or Clarinex or some ingredients in it then he should not take this medicine.
