Recently a VERY close relative of mine was diagnosed with cancer, i have been struggling a lot to come to terms with it and i know i've still got a LONG way to go yet, but i suppose i was a bit more used to it.
Me and my friend had an argument a few months back but basically we arent talking but today i found out, her dad has cancer, by a mutual friend, i was really close to this dad he is like my second dad, i DO NOT talk to my parents, we dont have a proper relationship but i REALY dont think i can deal with this, not again.. this friend helped me through it the first time but now she is going to need the support, but it is hard enough for me so i doubt i can give her the support she needs, i got told about 2 hours ago and i still cant stop crying, im shaky, feel sick, my head is pounding, does anyone know what i can do to get through it any easier?
