Girl friend left after 8 years with a guy she new for 10 days in drug rehab. On Dec. 29 2015 I signed a mental hygiene order on my girl friend of 8 years my sons mom. She was picked up by the police for being totally out of it in a drug store parking lot. Thank god her daughter was home on Christmas Bereau and was watching our 3 1/2 year old son or he would have been with her.She was put in a mental unit for 14 days where she was evaluated and said to have bipolar mood disorder and addicted to drugs again for the 3rd time in our relationship.She got out and came home and said to her 16 year old daughter the first day of my new life and her daughter said If I only had a dollar for every time I heard that. So I pushed her to get into the cris unit at the local hospital to help her get clean she reluctantly did it. I was taking the kids to see her and then all of a sudden she started acting strange not calling us back calling us to make up excuses for us not to see her everyone is sick don't being the kids I don't want them to get sick. Then what has happened next has just devastated me. She left the rehab 2 days early to leave with a guy she me in there. She ghastly not seen our son in almost 40 days sees her daughter about 2 hours a week. And is telling everyone I will not lto her see our son. I have it arranged she can see him at daycare during the day supervised of course. she has had a long history of this behavior and drug use her mother and father tell me. But how do you all of a sudden stop using drugs off of methadone that you have been on four 4 years and maybe clear headed for the first time with out using benadyl and motion sickness pills to taking 10 or 12 zanex the day i signed her into the mental ward to I'm leaving my family and just going with this guy I met 10 days ago.

what kind of person leaves a 3 1/2 year old and there 16 year old daughter? I am so worked up over this I can not function at times.
