So for like the past week my penis has been extremely itchy. It started as like a very small itch like an ant bite or something but nothing was there. Then the itch got larger and the skin under my head got swollen. I went to the doctor and they said it was jock itch and I've been using lotrimin for three or four days. But now my penis is really dry and the itching hasn't really subsided, but the swelling is almost all gone. And the skin under my head is kind of shiny now. Does the lotrimin just need more time or could this be something else?
