It seems that I am allergic to something but so far was not able to figure out what it is. I have just moved to a new neighborhood and trying to find out what is bothering me. I have a theory that I could be allergic to dust and dirt. I practice kickboxing for two year snow. In the previous town, gym was always cleaned before and after the use. It is not the case here, so that could be the cause of my problems. Anyway, I know that I have to do the allergy test, but since I am still in the middle of moving things, dont have the time for that. Friend suggested that I could take dyphenhydramine. Will it help?

Dyphenhydramine is an antihistamine that is dealing with hay fever and other allergies. Antihistamines, as their name says, work by blocking the secretion of histamine in our body. That substance is directly responsible for sneezing, itching, watery eyes etc. It can be used in some other more serious conditions, such as Parkinsons disease for subduing tremors, stiffness. It can also help with reducing the cough caused by cold or some allergy. Anyway, this medication should help you.
