My uncle aged 61 is admited with effect of dysphagia and dysarthia. on evaluation ,he was found to have left lateral medullary infract.MRA brain reveled hypoplastic right vertebral  artery with stenosis in left vertebral artery.b/i PCA stenosis and right ACA stenosis .

SIr i like to give him the best treatment avilable on earth is this diases curable? now he is tube feed and and having dysphagia
