My uncle aged 61 is admited with effect of dysphagia and dysarthia. on evaluation ,he was found to have left lateral medullary infract.MRA brain reveled hypoplastic right vertebral  artery with stenosis in left vertebral artery.b/i PCA stenosis and right ACA stenosis .

SIr i like to give him the best treatment avilable on earth is this diases curable? now he is tube feed and and having dysphagia

Hi Sameeh,

Are these effects the result of a stroke?  There is some blockage of the left vertebral artery, the posterior cerebral artery, and the right anterior cerebral artery.

Recovery depends upon how much damage occurred and how quickly treatment took place.

Without MUCH more information we can't give you an accurate answer.  Your best information will come from the doctors that are treating him.
