I want to go to the doctor ( I have an physical next week) and I wanna ask if I can be diagnosed for an eating disorder will I be able to get it done with in the same time as the physical or will it be long and multiple appointments for the full diagnose?
Im also an legal adult but would my parents have to be notified?

you will be able to get a referral for an assessment for an eating disorder during your physical - it's up to you to tell your physician that you have the issue, or in case your eating disorder has already progressed to the point where you are severely underweight any good physician will ask what is going on.
The referral I mentioned is necessary because eating disorders are psychological disorders and you need a psychological assessment and professional treatment that general medical practitioner simply isn't able to give you. As far as notifying your parents is concerned, that would only be necessary if you need to be hospitalized. Otherwise, this is your personal matter,
