I am a 24 y/o female. I have had a difficult time moving my bowels for the past 6 months. My stool has either been bright yellow with a penut butter texture, black in color and extremely hard, or like a clear jelly whenever I use an enema or laxitive. I have not been able to pass the stool with out using one of my fingers to "pull" it out no matter what I do. I am usually left bloated and uncomfortable and always feel like I still have to go.

Over the past 2 weeks The discomfort had turned into pain. Severe pain in my lower abdomen below my belly button, especially if I am sitting or laying down. My stomache and intestines are rumbling very loudly. I am extremely gasie. I can belch easily but have to strain to pass gas from the other end. My back is very sore it feels like I have been punched in the lower back repeatedly. I have not been able to sleep and no longer have an appatite. I have been feeling sick to my stomach and burping bile. I have been constantly lightheaded and foggy, along with a terrible headache that has not gone away for 3 days.

I took a trip to the ER yesterday because the pain was so bad and I felt so sick. I was only there for 20 mins. The doctor came in, put his hand on my stomache, asked if it hurt, and when I said yes, he said to stop disimpacting myself and he will be back with some "perscriptions" that will help me feel better. He came back handed me the papers and discharged me, still in extreme pain. I rushed to the pharmacy to have my order filled. The pharmisist said 2 of the 3 "perscriptions" were OTC, a fleet enema and a rectal laxitive. The other did not exist, which was a 50mg stool softener. The pharmisist gave me a 100 mg stool softner and sent me on my way.

These are all things I have tried before, I guess the Er did not take me seriously and ignored what I told them. I am still in pain and now starting to have dry heaves. I don't know what to do. Please help.
