I had a Hemorrhoidectomy about 4 days ago, and the pump ( that put pain killer directly into the skin around my anus) was removed yesterday at noon. I have been unable to get an Erection. I thought it my have been a side effect of the pain killer as it also gave me problems peeing, but its been over 18 hours all the pain med. sould be away from the nerves and I still can't get an erection or pee without really having to go and pushing (not hard but still pushing). I think i will give it a few more days before I call my doctor, but i was wondering if this is a normal side effect of the medication pump.
PS: I am on Percocet 10 mg ever 4 hours for pain... Could it be this med, or a combination?
