I have always enermous problems to get penis erected after exercise, like jogging, or weight lifting. No way i could get fully hard, it seems impossible. The harder i train, the bigger is the problem. It won't even help have little rest like 1 hour after workout. I have to stimulate penis by hand in order to make it semi-hard atleast. In order to get normal functioning back, i need to wait for next day then penis works again normally.
What could cause this? I've read that exercising would increase testosterone and thus make better erection and more aroused. I am feeling totally opposite.

Relax. After you exercise, you're spent. Of course it'll be more difficult to achieve erection when you're spent, or tired. Just be sure you eat (protein) within an hour after exercise and then rest a bit. Exercise most definitely WILL enhance your sexual libido so you're doing the right thing...just give yourself a break after exercise and you'll be fine.
