I am a 19 year old, male and in college. (Bisexual, not that is matters) I recently(a few months ago) joined the triathlon team and we work out pretty hard. Running at least 6 miles Mondays, 5 Wednesdays, Swimming for about an hour and 1/2 on Fridays. I usually go to the gym and run 2 to 3 miles on Tuesday, Thursdays, and Sundays and lift weights afterward. I take Saturday off unless I have a race. Anyways, before joining the team, I used to masturbate every night. I couldn't go to sleep until I jacked off. Well now, I have no interest in jacking off. Porn doesn't seem to get me going anymore. I have heard that sex doesn't effect athletics, but I feel like it has to be the reason.
I have also started having sex recently. Around the same time as joining the team, I started having a lot of sex with multiple people. (I practice safe sex by the way.) I feel that all the sex might have caused me to only desire sex and no longer masturbation. Which leads me to my next problem. I feel like I have less interest in sex as well. At first I couldn't get enough, but now I never want to have sex. Things that used to make me hard, not longer seem to do the trick. Making out used to cause me to precum like crazy, but now I don't seem to produce any precum at all. I have also found myself losing my erection during sex a few times. I can't hold my erection if I don't keep playing with myself. My recovery time has also seemed to increase. I used to be able to cum twice within like 15 minutes, but the other night I had sex with my roommate, we took a shower to clean up and laid back down. He was ready to go again, but I couldn't get hard, despite wanted to fool around more.
I am just curious to know why I don't seem to be interested in sex anymore...cause I really enjoy it and I don't want my current partner(friend/roommate/weird kinda relationship lol) to think he is the reason, cause he is always hard as can be. lol

I'm no expert (quite the opposite, I just posted about my own rather screwed up issues) but loss of sex drive, at your age, could be the result of a change in diet (not eating the right foods etc), fatigue, illness or too much drinking - I, for one, completely lose interest in sex whilst boozed up. Think if you are doing anything different, or if there have been any recent changes to your lifestyle. You should talk to a doctor if things don't start looking up, but if you're a heavy drinker - or drug user - lay off and see if that changes anything.

Nope I don't do drugs or drink. I drink sometimes, but probably only like once a month at most.

I believe you are in "overtraining" mode. You are doing a TON of cardio and resistance training and your body is simply exhausted, fatigue is one of the best libido killers out there.
Since you are already running 6 miles on Monday and 5 on Wednesday, you really should drop the cardio on your Tuesday and Thursday weight training days. I'd also seriously consider dropping friday's swim a bit. With that much activity, you need more than 1 day off for rest and recovery but that's something you'll probably learn in time.
I was the living example of overtraining when I first started weightlifting. I thought 'if some is good, more is better' so I found myself in the gym 3 times a day 6 days a week. When I started loosing weight consistantly, and then loosing strength I finally opened my eyes to the FACT that you do not grow muscle or make any gains while training, you grow and gain while resting.

I thought it might be do to over-training, but I haven't really feel fatigued, but I guess I am just not noticing it. I have noticed a few small changes besides the lower sex drive; loss of appetite and being unable to sleep, but I don't know if that is related. lol I can't cut the swim cause it is a coached workout, but I will cut back on Tuesday and Thursdays and see how I start to feel. I will probably cut running on Tuesday, and just run a mile on Thursday. I don't like to have more than 2 days of not running cause I feel like I kinda reset. Thanks for the advice! :-D

I'm not certain but over training/fatigue etc. previously mentioned could deflect testosterone from being used to enhance sex drive to intense physical activity - just a theory that others seem to share.

Weight lifting can be a factor in weak erections, and low libido.
Try to balance your workouts throughout the week, don't to lots on Mondays and Wednesdays and little on Tuesdays and Thursdays
