I have somewhat the same problems. The doctors haven't been able to help either and my bloodtests show only that I am healthy. I am tired a lot, my head hurts everyday. My nasel pathways swell up so that i have trouble breathing. I have cold sweats primarily at night. I have nightmares as well quite often. And i quickly feel out of breath when i do any type of sports. Infact even though i feel better while doing the sports (my headache dims or completely goes away and i regain the ability to breath normally) a couple of hours after i have done the sports i begin to feel horrible with severe headaches and a feeling of having to vomit. Even my mouth and teeth begin to ache with pain in certain areas. I finally figured out some of what the problem might be when i stumbled upon a sickness called candida. I asked my doctor about trying some pills that would kill the fungus and she said yes. After having taken the pills for a couple of days perhaps a week I felt much better. The pills helped alot witht the cold sweats and therefore also the nightmares. My headaches almost dissapeared aswell and my breathing is much better. The only problem is that I need to keep taking the pills every week in order to feel ok. But this is much bettter than how i was feeling before so you might want to give it a chance. The pills have not cured me but they have helped me regain some of my old life back.

i am so sorry you are going through this and you are so young!i am sure that your problems are not pscychological...the doctors simply push you in that corner because they haven´t been willing to set a diagnose..it could be lymes disease or a case of toxic overload..try to get some tests done for lymes and what you could do is start to take herbals for detoxing your body....and see if after a while you feel a little better...You could buy chlorella and cilantro and take it daily, it is perfectly innocent and harmless and it cleans your body of heavy metals....you could also try burbur of nutramdix or pinella to clean the brain and nerves from toxins....i have similar issues and antibdoies for lyme, but in my case they also refuse to put a proper diagnose to it, for i was a victim of an epidemic in India and was unconscious too long, so that makes it more difficult.it is also a conspiracy)lymes disease'You could see the movie ``under your skin``
Anyway, start detoxing..hot sauna´s might also help and massage....Let me know how you are doing ok?Please do not worry, it is horrible, but it will also pass.....a big hug.

could it be drug allergy /side effects of medicine u took ?? I really dont know but i suggest u check them out ?? Its kind of irrelevant but i had gastric flu recently and took pills and it caused me to have dystonia and some sort of anixety panic attacks which caused my muscles to be so stiff that i couldnt even walk properly or turn my neck and i thought i have this neurological movement disorder. But i researched online and consulted another doctor i was allergic to maxolon. It was just the side effects... if you are on any medication right now i suggest u do some more research abt the pills u are taking.. u'll be surprised bt how some doctors seem to miss out on some very obvious stuff.. God bless and take care !

Hi All,

I was on here about 3 months ago and i was feeling ill constantly, i actually got professional advice and i was actually going through depression (which i didnt know about) and thats my mind was telling me your poorly! all these 13 to 18 years your are eating the wrong foods or something like you really shouldnt be feeling them things. My advice go to a doctor or a counciler because if all your tests come back ok then 9 times out 10 its all in your mind. Which you can help for of course.

Ive felt loads better in myself the last month i even went away for the weekend when this time 4 month ago i couldnt do. So unless you get bad tests back your more likely to be fine! Promise. I no how you all feel.

Hope this helps!

Regards

Hi BeckaAshleigh.

I am sorry to see & hear that you are feeling this way! If it is any consolation. I am 54 this year & have had ops illnesses & problems over the last 10 years. Anyway. Just like you I feel tired as if I could drop off my seat. Cannot keep my eyes open most of the time & have a dull dragging niggle/pain in my head but as you say. Not a headache. I have been to my doctors on more than one occasion. He seems to think I am depressed. Which I do suffer with & have done for over 30 years now. My daughter is 27 & she suffers will depression as well!! I get up tired & go to bed tired. And just like you I have been told to drink lots of water because your body could be dehydrated!! I do take medication some herbal & so I wasn't sure if the meds Have been causing this. But I stopped taken all of them for a week only to try it and see, It did not make a difference. Until we all of us including you & I know for sure what is going on. Keep smiling J Don't let it get you down, and if anything is worrying about anything at all big or small. Speak to someone. Or chat on here. You may find it will help. And you may be surprised that it could make you feel better. Do try to rest for longer it might just surprise you. Feeling low like I do makes me want to scream. And it i s a form of depression? My daughter is 27 & I she has just had 3 months of it this to. Hope this makes sense. Charlotte :-)

You have had a really bad residual reaction to an unidentified VIRUS or bacterial infection (if the antibiotics helped, that is what it was). have you been tested for LYME disease? Ask to be tested. Be pro-active, demanding if you have to be. Plus, the antibiotics killed off all the good bacteria in your gut. Take pro-biotics, everyday, and eat yogurt if you can. The kind with active cultures. Viruses can cause residual (though usually not permanent ) brain fog. Whatever "bug" you caught was a whopper. This is a VERY COMMON SYNDROME!!! Ask to be tested for Epstein Barre.....go to a specialist in infectious disease or an infectious disease control center with everything, all your symptoms, written down. There is treatment, once you find a doctor with half a brain. God bless!

hiya, get yourself on a mostly raw food diet, check out what unconscious beliefs you have about the body and world.
Take up a relaxing exercise like yoga or qi gong, perhaps do an inner body meditation, relax and focus on a part of the body till you feel subtle tingling sensation, relaxed sensations, then move attention to another part of the body, sometimes both feet or hands, moving and relaxing attention, see if you can focus on this sensation in the whole body as one, allow thoughts to flow, see if you can just see them come and go, see if you can move your conscious attention through the body from head to toes, toes to head, a few times, u can do this sitting or lying, perhaps ten minutes in the morning and then before sleep, falling asleep to it can be good.
Cutting out sugar, even sweet fruits, unless you are in an area where they grow.
Processed foods, tinned foods, wheat flour, chemical sprayed foods, acidic foods.
Check online about alkaline foods, alkalising the body, detoxing the body, boosting the immune system.
