All of you need to have your doctors run tests for the following:
Celiac Disease
Adrenal Insufficiency
Parathyroid Insufficiency/ tumors
Pituitary problems

I too had all the symptoms you have had. For 16 years I was told
"Its all in your head", you have Fibromyalgia, you don't get enough sleep and so on.

As a nurse I knew I was not crazy and the my symptoms were real. After 16 years of feeling horrible and having zero energy I took charge of my health and found an Endocrinologist that would listen.

Endocrine tests proved I had glandular insufficiency going on and I was positive for Celiac Disease. Celiac Disease ravages the intestinal lining, causes malalbsorption of minerals and can cause leaky gut syndrome in which particles of intestinal debris can leak into the blood stream and cause inflammation in organs and joints and a contributing factor to developing one of many known autoimmune diseases.

Don't give up. Just find a doctor that will see actually listen to you and run the tests. The average doctor knows very little about glandular problems and how it interferences with other parts of the body including connective tissue. Extreme fatigue, sore muscles and joints are some of the main symptoms, including migraines.

Almost everyone who posted in here needs to rule out thyroid disease first. It's becoming an epidemic. Over or underactive thyroid can affect every organ in your body. Have your doctor test you for thyroid autoimmune antibodies, and FT3/FT4, TSH.

I know you how you feel. I'm a male also in my 30's and always feel like c**p. I haven't taken any supplements but I sleep for hours and wake up feeling like I have brain fog, tired etc. I do have anxiety which converts to panic attacks. I have IBS, Gerd and I just feel like something is always going on. I also have allergies which caused asthma and I never had asthma my whole life until my 30's. I've done numerous test and paid a bunch of medical bills because of constant doctors visits. I did a recent brain MRI with contrast that showed nothing. I have done several 24 hour heart tests that showed nothing. I'm tired of feeling tired and sick of feeling sick all the time. I don't take medications except for an albuterol inhaler when my asthma acts up. I'm here seeing if there is anyone else experiencing similar problems as me. The problem today is that healthcare is more health business. Doctors are not spending quality time really listening but rather making assumptions and then trying to write prescriptions which will probably cause side effects which will then cause some other problem. I'm just going to rely on faith and try to do as much meditation and praying as possible. Hope all is well with you.

Have you had your house tested for mold spores? Mold doesn't have to be visible. It can be airborn, and dry. Weirdly some people have more tolerance than others, and depending on the kind of mold.
* Otherwise Rescue Remedy Pastilles are great if it's only anxiety! Can get online. Also B Viramins are a tonic and help strengthen nerves ;-}

Best wishes!

I have reacted badly to chlorine in my water,I have had unimaginable stress for a very long time that was like a fight for survival, when that fight abated I was still unwell, the actual stress causes disruption to hormones depletes them. Trying to convince doctors is difficult.. I have had to move and wish I was still with my old doctors as they were trying to get to the bottom of this. At first because I am reaching menopause but look younger everything was attributed to my age. But I have had toncillitis and swollen neck glands for three years so yes ...I too have realised there is maybe also a reflux when I didnt realise there was. Throat seems narrower to. I can't change the water but I will hope to get it filtered soon. Some of the replies are helpful, my thyroid is suspected but comes back reasonable so an ultrasound has never been suggested I will ask for one. I have pain in one side of my head especially at night (onset of panic attacks which seems to be the fear as a reaction to past events ... after the fact.) But I also have injuries to my jaw and grind my teeth on the same side. My hair is falling out and one doctor suggested it was scalp tension. I think it is the nerves associated with the hair follicles somehow damaging the follicles to release the hair. Even more depressing our health system cannot cope with patients with complicated symptoms ...other countries do but ours is on the brink of collapse and I cant afford private so it is doubly depressing that you feel on your own being dragged down by this life interfering stuff draining you. I feel I could go other way recover or slide into chronic ill health and it seems to be luck if you get medical help to try and rebalance and address all the problems and (ever get help with the psychological effects of long term stress... so hope) I am trying to stay away from carbohydrates and dairy and sugar.. not easy yet. As self help I have found playing music great, and I'm hoping to do some dance despite a torn knee ligament, just to promote positive energy. I think women are expected to bear the brunt of life without much expectation to have sport or recreation, if you earn very little this makes it impossible. Other countries have wellness as part of the everyday culture and not exclusively for the rich. It would make for healthier population and save some health budgets.
