I was on the Nexplanon implant birth control for about 4 years. I had two different implants (the first one expired). I am recently just married and I had the implant removed in mid February 2017. I had light spotting for two days in March 2017 but since then have had not had a period and still no signs of one. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests all resulting negative. We are trying to conceive for baby #1 and I'm nervous about not having a period. please help
