Are you saying that you are pregnant or are you trying to get pregnant? If you are trying to get pregnant, you need to see with a doctor if the size of the fibroids as well the position would cause any troubles and what symptoms could be indicating possible trouble.
If you are already pregnant and have fibroids and no symptoms, you should be fine. The most worrisome side effects that usually occur are abdominal pain and occasional spotting but you should be monitored for the larger bleedings. The baby is rarely affected. The only case when the baby may be forced to change its position is if the fibroids grow into the uterus.
However, there is a risk of premature delivery and miscarriage.
It all depends on the size and location like I already said. You may even visit a private gyn, have an ultrasound done to see if everything’s ok.
