first time intercourse, is it possible he finished in meantime?

please help me.. i just had sex with my bf and i'm worried cause it's my first time.. in the middle i suddenly stopped cause i felt pain then he said thathis penis is getting softer after awhile we continued it. when he said he's gonna ejcaulate i get off him at once and saw him ejaculated.. but the question is is it possible for men to have few ejaculations before the main? i'm afraid that he was releasing some few semen during intercourse and he's not telling it because he wants to ejaculate fully and is there possibility that if that few semen leaked out from the base of the condom? answers please. thank you.
