I keep reading about flaxseed and its health benefits are tremendous. I found out that if you can add 2 tablespoons per day to your diet you can lower bad cholesterol, it decreases risk of cancer and add a lot of fiber, and it also has higher omega-3 level than canola or soybean oil. I am planning to star with flaxseed oil from tomorrow have anyone tried already?

I actually tried the whole 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, but I found something simpler: Arbonne resist essential fatty acid dietary supplement. I am taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening with meals and 2 capsules have 1040 mg of flaxseed oil in it. I already see improvement on my skin.
