I have MS, and believe my situation is the MS hug. It is just like others have described but it starts when I start moving. It subsides as I continue to move for a period of time. If I'm still it is still; however, starting to knock a bit at night. The crawly raking sensation, always on left side of rib cage , also occurs when I roll over in bed.
This may not be MS related as so many other people also have the sensations. Advice is greatly appreciated.

I have these exact same symptoms...been having the slight pain and fluttering under my rib cage for years. Within the last 6 months I've also had terrible stomach issues. Constant bloating and upset stomach, diarrhea, etc. Doctor gave me an antacid script 3 months ago, but still no relief...

Yes, I got the same answer. I had the pulsating, fluttering feeling, almost like a heartbeat underneath my left rib. I’m female, 34 years old, in pretty good shape. I got so nervous but turned out it’s a muscle spasm like previous post explained, because I just recently got back into the gym and apparently working out muscles I’ve never used before

Look into ascension symptoms. You're not crazy. Our bodies are changing....planet energies changing and shifting from 3D to 5D. However if your intuition is telling you that it could be more of a health issue than please seek out 2nd and 3rd opinions but try and go the holistic route if at all possible. Good luck with your journey!

I had an endoscopy just over a week ago and have been experiencing a bubbling sensation in left rib and sometimes in chest. At time I feel like I can't breathe properly. Had gall bladder removed 4 years ago and had a fundoplication in December.

I am having it now, I have found the only thing that helps the fluttering is to control my breathing carefully. Breathe deep and slow, and exhale very slow and controlled, and the fluttering gets still. I think it may be anxiety related, so when you think something may be seriously wrong it actually makes it worse! Breathe deep.
