My late husband's head and other parts of his body itched terribly for several years. It wasn't until after he passed away, I found that is a symptom of cancer. He had lung cancer, a very slow growing kind and lived to 82. He contracted it as a 3 year old while accompanying his dad on their farm, while he sprayed DDT on his crops. In his case, because he was so healthy, drs. did not even check cancer as a possibility.

I'm far from being a doctor, but what you are describing is similar to things I've felt for the past 3 years while undergoing a lot of stress. I have suffered from 3 massive panic attacks this year. After each of them, I had my heart fully checked at the hospital because each time I was convinced I was having some sort of heart attack. I turns out my physical health is just fine although I have some bad cholesterol & do not exercise as much and always eat as healthy as I would like to. From what I understand, I suggest you find a way to reduce your stress (meditation, cycling, running, hobbies, etc.), try to go out more, get better sleep and see if that works. I also strongly suggest you change your diet (try reducing dairies, sweet & salty stuff, sodas) and start feeling good about yourself by slowly gaining control of your body again. Try reading a good book instead of watching TV, that really helds too IMHO. Good luck!

Have your thyroid checked. Thyroid could cause this fluttering feeling.

Hi,
I am 63 year old male and I am experience
Exactly the same symptoms, at resting heart rate. I would really like to know what this is indicating. I am hoping it is not early signs of
Aortic stenosis, this where the upper aortic valve doesn't completely close and a portion of pumped blood goes back into the pumping chamber.
