I am 78 y/o and about 10 months ago I noticed that the foreskin of my penis was attaching itself in two spots on the backside of the head on the top part.of the head. one small spot on the left side of the head, and one on the right side. I  am uncircumcised and never had a problem all these years. It has always retracted to the full extent when erect or when I would push it back. I am a #2 diabetic and I thought it might have been caused from yeast infection. I did gently try pushing it back hoping it would tear loose, but that was not a good idea for it started to bleed. I have received a by mouth medication as well as some ointment from my doctor to heal the yeast infection  That has helped with the itching and burning, it went away for a while, but now wants to come back. It worries me at my age. What can I do to get back to normal, or just not worry about it.
