Uncircumcised people do have a piece of skin attaching their foreskin to their glans penis (the "head" of the penis). It is known as the frenulum, it should be located on the "underside" of the penis. So if you are looking down at your penis, it should be on the bottom; a small line of elastic-y skin and it should remain there.

However, around your age you should be able to start pulling your foreskin back. Before puberty, the foreskin is attached to the head of the penis, and should be allowed time to come loose naturally. If your foreskin will not fully come back over your glans, there are various techniques you can try to get it to do so.

One technique is to have a bath everyday. Run the bath, and get in. You can do what you like for a while, but allow the foreskin to soak in the water for atleast 5 minutes, as this will loosen it up slightly. Then, gently, begin to pull your foreskin back, slowly. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT, force it back or bring it back fully. This will likely tear it.

Over the next few days/weeks the foreskin will loosen until it is able to move freely over the penis head.

Hope this helps, and if you require any extra help, don't hesitate to ask.

P.S. Don't worry, you shouldn't need a circumcision. :)

Get in the bath, sit in it for atleast 5 minutes, then while you are still sat in it begin gently stretching it. Yeah, don't force it too much, and two months should be more that enough. :)

Ivanrock5678:

You definitely do NOT need a circumcision. That piece of skin is called the frenulum. You can look it up on the Internet. It is normal and supposed to be there.

You may need to stretch your foreskin a little.

The vein under my penis is still attached to the head. After my foreskin got loose should it still remain attached or will it eventually loosen or pop or something?
