Well, without seeing it, I'm not sure anyone can make a diagnosis.

It is possible that you have picked up jock itch, or a fungal infection that makes your scrotum itch and appear more wrinkly. Try something for jock itch, diaper rash, or athlete's foot. Most of them will work on fungal infections.

But a lengthening foreskin is probably an illusion. At times, our shaft isn't as long, as full, as thick, as other times...and so, the foreskin may just seem longer.

I actually doubt the reports of the re-growing of a foreskin or lengthening of a penis through any means... I believe once you finish growing and the testosterone levels begin to drop, you're left with what you got.

Enjoy it!

Sorry, I don't have any recommendations.

My only experience was once when I sat around in a wet swimsuit too long... and developed an itch. I was on Kelly's Island, a resort island in the middle of Lake Erie and no real options to go get to a pharmacy or "chemist" as you call it.

A few hourse later, I went back to the mainland, and stopped at the first such drug store that I passed. I couldn't find anything to address my concern, it was a small store, so I just settled for diaper rash ointment....and surprise! It did the trick for me! What relief!

If you've had this rash on your upper thigh for years, this would appear to be a longer term case... and something that your family doctor should have a look at.

Sorry I can't recommend any particular brand. I just don't have the experience... and I don't know if it would be on your shelves. You might ask the "chemist" for their advice.
