I have what I think are friction burns on the head of my penis. There are a number of slightly raised shiny parts under the foreskin. I think it is because I had sex for the first time, with my girlfriend, wearing a condom that was a little too big. Is there anything I can do to make these unsightly marks go away or at least lessen their prominence? Could it also have been because she is very tight and it hurt her too?

If it truly is a friction burn, and you've described it pretty well, then it will go away soon by itself. Just try to keep it dry.
