Have you started puberty yet if so how much pubic hair do u have also what is the size of your penis..... your friend isprobably very self concious of his genitals because he probably thinks that he is way underdeveloped and is embarrassed.... now there is nothing wrong with him but he may not want to show you especially if you are more developed than him.... penis size is probably one of his biggest concerns as everyone tends to think others have bigger penises than them.....
