My family is very poor and we share a bath at a friends house each week- I am nearly 16, nearly 6 foot, and my genitals have not enlarged at all; my penis is 1-2 inches, and my testes are just as small-pre pubertal. My 12 year old sister always laughs at the size and tells all of her and my friends that I have a 'micropenis', whatever that is. It is really really annoying that she has matured and has pubic hair and all before me because I am older. Do I have some kind of condition and how can I stop this teasing?

Your sister has no idea what she's talkinga bout. The size of your penis changes when it gets erect, and that's the size most men refer to. Soft, most men are around 1 to 2 inches. So ignore your sister. She's just trying to make you feel bad, so just ignore it. The more you react, the more likely she'll make fun of you. Does that help you?

I wouldn't worry about your size, firstly you seem to be of a pretty normal size and if you haven't got any pubic hair yet then the chances are you haven't finished puberty yet and could see an increase in size at some point.
