First off, I went to the doctor and he said it's athletes foot, even though it's on the knuckle of my middle toe rather than between some toes and it's on my hand. So I showed him the irritation I have on my shin and he said it was ringworm. Well, last night I was having sex with my girlfriend, she wasn't completely wet, a little bit too much friction starting out... This morning I find cracked skin on my penis. At the tip, right below the head. This is what made me go to the doctor. I showed him and his answer was," ... Could be herpes." I'm not kidding. What the hell is that? I googled pictures of herpes and it's nothing like that. The skin has cracked. No blisters or legions, just cracked. Just like the skin on my toes and my hand. I don't think this guy and me were on the same level. The guy was indian and hard to understand, plus it was like 5 o'clock, I think I was his last patient of the day. I'm not sure what to do. I read a few forums with other people who have this and I still can't quite figure it out. Is it a yeast infection? Is my junk going to fall off? I need to know. I have an anxiety disorder and lots of alcohol. Is there anyone else that this has ever happened to?

Try to wait it out man. Take a good shower and clean it well, then use a Q-tip to apply Neosporin and leave it alone. No sex/no masturbation/no touching. It's going to be a bit irritating, but the something similar to what you described happened to me. Go to a doctor as soon as possible though. What I advised was just a simple home remedy to alleviate a bit of irritation.
