i am an average, active person. i run alot and i do play sports but everytime i exercise i end up gaining weight! i know it's not muscle because my weight fluctuates (dont think i spelled that right) daily. Anyone have a exercise plan to help me loss weight and keep it off while continuing my daily activities?? please help if you can.

Did you not also post a question about your pregnancy earlier this week?
If you are pregnant, that might explain the weight gain... and if you are, you don't want to starve the baby.
Get an EPT test girl, and find out for sure.
