It's 4:00am where I am from and I have found this site in a frantic effort to try to find out what is causing the excruciating pains I am experiencing. I believe I either require a gall bladder removal or I am having a first attack of Pancreatitis.This has been going on for 2 weeks and I have hardly slept during this time. I have also been drinking heavily during this period and this may give a better indication of which is most likely. Another possibility is acid reflux. Can someone give a clear comparrison of the symptons for each of these problems.
