You should not think of the worst when it comes to bloated stomach, because this condition can be caused by many reasons. Thing is that bloated stomach is a symptom of many conditions starting from wrong diet or irritable bowel syndrome. As you can see it doesn’t have to be tumor to get bloated and gassy stomach. Can you tell me more about your diet? What do you eat every day and have you changed anything in past several days? Are you using some kind of medication right now?
Sometimes this can be a form of a side effect of some medicine. You have to be careful what you take because everything has side effects.
