hello, i am 13 years old, I have been masturbating for years, my penis is aprox. 3-4 inches long.... There are llittle spots on my scrotum and on the alot on the underside on my penis. It is quite embarassing, I have never had sex,or came close....i am scared to mention it 2 my parents,they r in a divorced relationship and hate each other,i am in no position to consult a doctor without my father...I looked them up but the articles dont fully match my problems... They do not itch,or bleed,and I am almost 100% sure that they r not genital warts.....can someone explain how to treat them,or me get through them under these circumstances...... Also, my school does not have a nurse,just a guidance counselor.....my schhol amd classes r very sexually "active"... I may get intimate with a girl,and i dont want any problems......
