My favorite stroke is Front Crawl. I like it so much and usually spend many hours swimming this way. Sometime I pick up the pace and race against time, myself or some friends who come along. I noticed that I got Dizzy after Front Crawl. What do you thing is causing it?

You spend hours in horizontal position rolling in the water from the left to the right. Your brain and its centre for balance gets acusstomed to that movement. It enables you to swim for hours without experiencing any problems. However once you stop everything changes and your body has to adapt to new conditions. While it had much easier task pumping the blood throughout your body while you were lying on the water now it has to pump the blood against gravity. It takes few moments for your cardiorespiratory system to adapt and during that time your brain lacks sufficient blood supply (and what is more important, oxygen). That is the reason for dizzines. Nothing to worry about.
