Hi, I am 27 years old and I have been having problems with a back injury. Well, the injury is almost gone now, but the problem with the Percocet, the pain killer, remained. So, I am now getting off of Percocet, and I guess I need some info on how to do it most efficiently and without any withdrawal effects.

The main thing you should know when getting off these types of medications is that it has to be done gradually. If done suddenly, you can expect that the withdrawal effects will certainly occur. But, by decreasing the dosage each time you take it, you will avoid that problem. So be smart, do it properly.
