I'm 16 years old and I haven't had my period for about 1 1/2 - 2 years. I used to weigh around 47 kilos, maybe more and I dropped to 37 (I'm 150cm tall).
I got period and it also started to stop when I was around 44-45 kilo mark. I've being seeing a doctor and dietician and I've put on some weight, right now I'm about 43kg.
But the point I'm trying to get to is this: I'm getting all the symptoms of my period like bloating, cramps, feeling tired and sore and major mood swings but there's no bleeding! I've been increasing my calories, taking relevant dietary supplements and have been eating pretty much everything I used to avoid in decent quantities but still nothing! I feel like I'm being teased by my own body! Does anybody know anything else I can do to try and regain my period. I'm so frustrated because I've been trying so hard to get back on track with my health but still nothing.
