Day1, as i woke from surgery i was happy, that everyday nagging groin/hip pain was gone! But sadly i started to have real bad back pain. It's been 19 months and now i have chronic LBP.I dealt with the thigh pain and the stem as till today its heading and getting slowly better but the pain in my LB is horrible, getting so bad as time goes by. I told my Dr and have done x days where you can clearly see a difference in measurements of the hip. The dr said its only 1, 8th of an inchas to tell me it's nothing. But add that to an already prior problem In hight, to me it is a problem! No meds, treatments, nothing can ease this pain i have. At first i thought it was behind the hip where I had the THR. When i went to see my pain Dr I told him that i am going crazy with this pain and aggravated that no one is listening to me. He also clearly saw the height difference in my hipswhen he was examining me and sent McGee to do an MRI. He asked me if i had done one and i said no. I needed him if he could give me a back injection of just ladocain to reduce the pain since i cannot do any type of steroids because i am taking forteo injections to grow my weak fragile bones.I never to do anything just to get this pain away! This entire THR experience was awful. Almost 2 years of agonying pain. I don't want too have an additional 10 years sufferinglike i did with my hip. Why don't they listen to me or my pain?
