Ok so I've had this random black spot(around 1cm) near the right of my penis head for nearly 3-4 years. I figured I didn't need to worry about it, but in the past year it has spread to the left and has continued down just a bit. This is much lighter than the previous mark though. I've look at several topics, but I just didn't seem to find one that fit the bill. Also I masturbate almost on a regular basis and I've noticed my penis is cold at certain times. Any ideas anyone? I can provide images of the area if it'll help.
