Had sex twice and both times I took a pill, now I'm bleeding

I had sex during my periods on 2nd Nov... I took a pill on the second day..then I again had sex for 3 more days upto 7th Nov.. now it is 11th Nov... now I m bleeding.. am I pregnant?
