Hi.

I had done with HAEMORRHOIDECTOMY WITH  LAT SPHINTEROTOMY in aug 8th 2013.I had lot of complications from day1.Oh my god! its 27 days over still recovering! I had pain initially & recovery was poor.But still small swelling is still there.I don't know when it will disappear or it fell down. Dr.says its the suture swelling and it will disappear as long as u sit well in sitz bath.. Then I get pus right from 5th of surgery.

I was trying sit bath for 4 times a day warm water with Betadine 4 cups mixed for 15 min each sitz.. I have taken enough antibiotics such as Nova clox (amoxycillin +  Dicloxacillin sodium BP 250 mg -1st course 5 days, again repeated for 3 days, then tried with Roxithromicin 150mg - 5 days.The wound was slowly healing. Again went to same surgeon to discuss & gave 1 course of Ofloxacin sample drugs.

As long as i was taking all these drugs i used to go to toilet for defecation 3 -4 times ,,bcoz of antibiotics & cremaffin laxative in night time.

So mentally i was not satisfied,then consulted another M.S. He told to take again 1 course of NOVACLOX and ZANOCIN-OZ (Combination of Ofloxacin 200 mg, Ornidazole 500 mg) and to apply Anovate cream in anus area in the morn & nyt , then CREMAGEL in the evng time. Anovate irritates my skin, so only tried 2 days & stopped.Then I got cremagel to apply inside anus & slightly over the small swelling. Sitbath reduced for 2 times a day.Now i wonder why that swelling has not fallen down & why the pus discharge is coming evryday.Its discomfort for me?So wat to do now.

So i request any well experienced Doctors pls guide me wat next. As regs Food i am a veggy & take more foods rich in fiber only.
