one year ago i used hand soap as a lube on the penis and i did'nt wash it off. i got it irritated an the skin peeled off. The irritation healed out but now my penis skin is not smooth and moist like before, it has many wrinkles and it gets dry very easily.All the urologists and dermatologists told me that i haven't any patology, only the last dermatologist told me that i have a tendence to have a skin like that caused by the soap. She gave me an emulsion. can i fix the skin like before or the soap ruined it forever? how can i fix it? is it ok an emulsion to moist it and make it smooth? how long it will take? Please help me it is passed one year and I'm very frustrated and depresse. sorry for the bad english,it isn't my first language
