Okay, I am new here and I have no idea if this is the right forum but I just picked a general forum...
So yeah, I am 13 years old, when I am skateboarding for extended amounts of time (2 hours or more, usually), my hands tend to be pretty weird. My left gets somewhat puffy and swelled and when I bend my fingers it feels kind of weird (like they shouldn't be bending, not painful, probably just cause they are somewhat swelled; even though I have not injured it at all, except spraining my wrist about a month ago), while my right remains normal size and just a bit cool like my hands always are. I am never falling on my left hand, almost always my right, I have no open wounds or infection in it, and I hardly even use my left hand.
Do you guys have any idea what could be causing this, if it is harmful, and/or how I could stop this from happening? It is not anything but annoying, but I am afraid there is something wrong. Thank you for your time.

You may be suffering from an unusual form of exercise-induced allergy that manifests itself only on your left hand. Previous injury may have predisposed your left hand, and not the rest of your body, to a reaction characterized by swelling and stiffness. If this is indeed the case, then antihistamine may be able to stop this from recurring.
