I am 28 years old. When I was about 14, small, white, hard lumps began to appear in the skin of my scrotum. Two of them remain today and are about the size and shape of a small jellybean and have been for about ten years now. Others have appeared over time. Some eventually fade away and others do not. Some very slowly grow in size and some do not. They don't hurt at all, ache, itch, swell, or show any redness. When they are new and small, some of them release a solid substance when squeezed very hard from the bottom. After being there a while, squeezing does nothing. They are deep within the skin. Also, when the larger ones are squeezed, I can feel a distinct, hard shape that moves independently of the skin around it, though always returning to it's original orientation. I have tried many acne medications with no result. I have tried puncturing them with sterilized needles with no result. I am considering cutting them open with a straight razor. I have been tested for STDs and have none. I have been too embarrassed to speak about it with anyone, and fear I cannot afford professional attention. I really need help, as it has hurt my ability to be intimate with women. It's become a deep psychological burden. I have searched the internet tirelessly for any type of similar story or pictures and have found nothing. I really need to know what this is.
