Just call his office and go you need to make up your own mind on your own surgery I feel he was the best with more surgery on butt shots than anybody else and you get what you pay for. wish you the best for your health but go and get it out you will be health then

You can get an MRI of the bud docks to see where the gel is concentrated and they have these radioactive waves that can dissolve the gel. If that doesn't work they will have to surgically remove it.

You need to go to the E.R. your body is poisoning itself trying to fight this foreign intruder... Joint pain this is serious get help fast no matter how much it costs

Go to galleani and get that stuff out he helped my cousin she almost die from big infection she got shot up in a lady's house in Miami so sad but now she is good better to alive then dead go to gallerani

Just go to Gallrni he is the best I am very happy had my silicone butts removed waited 4 months and had my BBL and he said a flap. I look good and have a booty again totally happy and now will live for my kids. Just do it get that stuff out

Just go to the Expert Removal doctor in Florida Gallerani he did so many girls Removal my butt is lookin fine now ALL you girls just wanna be searching and complain just go get it out and get on which your life

idk where you are located, but there is an amazing doctor in NY she's doing all the tough girls that got really bad that no one else wanted to do. her name is Dr. Tanovic..you should deff call her. her whole office is really nice & she's board certified and she's helped so many girls no one wanted to look at, ihncluding myself.

You need to do your research ask questions go to a dr that does many of these surgeries. Like dr lee fir face in California and Dr Gallerani for buttocks in Miami Florida I had surgery with both. I look and feel great do what is best for you. I wanted the very best surgeons so I got them and paid the price

I had injections put in 2008. About 2 years ago I didn't have dark spots or hard lumps, I was just having extra sensitive skin. I mean nothing touch my butt painful sensitive skin. I luckily didn't spend money on docs up front that couldn't help; but I went to the best from the start. Yes, it's a long painful process to get it out, then wait to heal, to do the reconstruction (get your booty back) THE HEALTHY PROPER WAY, if you choose to. But there's no words for the peace of mind knowing I'm going to live or rather not worry daily about what's in me and is today the day it clots b/c it does ladies! I know! It's a "foreign substance" and your body will do all it can to pass it and when it can't expel it, the material starts latching onto organs and overcoming your body. I was soooo embarrassed to tell my family but I'm so happy I did. Dr. Gallerani in Miami, is the best and who I went to. He's been doing this particular surgery for 15+ yrs and has seen it all. I know he went through hell w/ me alone all the while doing other surgeries everyday b/c he's in such demand but I never knew he had a line of people waiting to see him b/c he takes such great care of you when he's doing your surgerIES. Yes. I had to have many and I'm not completely done; but *Lord Willing* the hard part is over. Don't judge off of my timeline. Everyone is different and I had complications. Some may just be 1 Surgery to remove and 1 to reconstruct you. I did have to travel from the West coast but his great team/MaryAnn helped getting lodging and everything set up b/c for the first surgery you do have to stay in town 1-3 wks depending on the severity of your case. I was on the longer side of that soooo :( I just ran across this site actually trying to put up some good testimonials for him b/c he did so much for me in 2016 an ran across these threads, ppl needing help. I see it's a yr old but the problem hasn't subsided. I know exactly what y'all are feeling so I wanted to pass along his info and a bit about what to expect. Yes, it's anywhere from $12k-20k including the hospital stay but WHAT OTHER CHOICE DO YOU HAVE??? I PROMISE NO OTHER! If another doc tries to charge you $2-5k to "lipo it out". It's a scam and it's going to make it worse. Just save until you can see him or other docs you've got good references on and pay it the regular cost. The amount I mentioned earlier will be common for this surgery. That DOES NOT include travel and room fees for when your staying after surgery and no longer in the hospital. Call, go for the consult, you will cry when he tells you what's really going on and how bad it gets before it'll get better but he's just being real. He doesn't need to sell you a surgery. He has many many ppl that have done the BS docs and HV gotten the funds up to do it the right way b/c their health/life depends on it. He's just telling you what he see's on the MRI and how long your looking before organs are affected; if, they're not already. And w/ the self esteem issues most of us (including ME, I have that T-shirt also) but knowing we're going to not have much of a backside and hips for 6-12 months is life altering. I cried like a baby the 4/hr flight bk home. So believe me when I say, I know your pain in every aspect of the word! BUT, IT'S A FEW MONTHS, MAYBE A YR. I lived, you'll live. Get a good silicon hip/butt pads for $150 on-line while you wait and it's doable. Most of all, the peace of mind is priceless. Dr. Gallerani Miami FL/ask for MaryAnn.

Yes, Dr. Galirani is the best Doctor for removing this foreign mess out of us. I have been to several doctors for consultations and also attempted to remove it by one of the doctors and it was an unsuccessful surgery, because he had no clue to what he was doing. I plan on going to Dr. Galirani this summer to have mine removed. He is very expensive. He quoted me $17,500. But It's something I have to do. I wish you the best!
