It's for legal reasons why we're not allowed to post too much information, plus we respect Dr. Gallerani. This is a blog to inform and give awareness to people. I myself went to Dr. Gallerani and he is the best doctor to go to for this particular procedure. I'm talking from my own experience. Also Health insurance will never pay for any form of cosmetic surgery. So be careful on the doctors who say they take insurance, it can come back on you. Good luck

Doctors don't ALLOW INSURANCE TO PAY stop being naïveté I am not a doctor or doctors office call your insurance they don't pay such ignorant people on here and not to defen but gallerani has lots of after pics on his website so what you talking bout in that site an I never seen one of any other doctor after pics they do the bbl. you all are nothing but cheap people who now hav to pay and you's all just don't like it so you put a good doctor down pathetic and best get your information correct and go to the best doctor

You're correct..... insurance does not pay for cosmetic procedures..... that's a fact! However these doctors are sending the bills as if it's not cosmetic surgery, which can eventually come back on the patient. Dr. Gallerani is the best doctor for removal..... how do I know because I went to him to remove mine. Which he removed 98%...... Most of these other doctors are not removing that much out of you. His primary goal is to remove as much as the toxic substance out of you as he can. Which he is very successful at it. As far as reconstruction.... most people will need it after having this surgery. This is a very complicated surgery, and I think first getting it removed should be the priority, then healing properly, and if need..... reconstruction. My opinion.....

If it has hardened up, depending on how long you had it.... lipo would not work. Be careful. I don't won't you to waste your money or your time. Do more research.
