Just yesterday ago I had this sharp pain on my belly, it felt like something inside was pulling it, ryt after that I started bleeding it wsnt really heavy as it would come and go almos da entire day, I'm 12 weeks and 6days with my first baby! Please anyone help as I dnt know wats normal in pregnancy and wats not :( I jst feel like iv lost da baby I dnt know if its my imagination or not
