My grandmother is in the hostpital for the last three days. After being admitted for being dizzy and throwing up, the doctors found that she had very low sodium levels (117), was dehydrated, and was extremely constipated.
They cannot seem to get her levels back to normal and she drifts in and out of beign coherent.
Is this common and has anyone heard of these symptoms working together? How should we proceed to treat?
