Headache during masturbation, the back of my head and upper part of my neck are hurting

Hi! I'm 15(male) and I masturbate daily... I know I'm addicted. Today in the middle of the masturbation process the back of my head and the upper part of my neck started hurting. I searched the internet and I don't know what I should do. I don't feel any pain right know(after about 10-15 minutes) and I don't recognize any other symptoms but I'm still scared, on the wikipedia page for sexual headache and it says that I should see a doctor to rule out intracranial hemorrhage or cerebral infarction. What should I do?
