basicly when i was younger 15/16  i was rushed to hospital for unkown reasons but it was my heart after beeing pumped full of drugs the pain etc went . To find out it was a virus on the lining of my heart.

NOW BEING 21. 

I woke this morning. with these following symptoms

i have a pain in my lower right side of my heart 

a tightness when breathing also headache, dizziness, tiredness and lack of energy

a  slight burning sensation over the whole left side of the top of my chest,

a really strong tight pinching sensation above my heart .(lower right side of it .)

and finally it is like my stomach is completely tensed at all times since last night 

and i was sick for a while this morning i have got male family members that have had heart surgery/operations.

and i also have a horendous DRY MOUTH NO MATTER HOW MUCH I SIP OR DRINK IN ONE GO . 

DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY IDEAS AS IN QUIET A BIT OF PAIN
