Hello. I'm 37 year old female and I'm interested to find out some information about my problem.
Listen what happened to me!
To be honest with you, I had problems with being overweighed almost all my life, but about three weeks ago I've decided to change something. I started to use some diets and to run on almost daily basis. But, instead of loosing weight, I started to gain weight.
I really don’t know how to explain all this but one friend has told me one crazy explanation- I could be developing some kind of heart disease!

I know how strange all this could looks to you and I really don’t know that much about this but-I can tell you that your friend could be right about all this.
You see, I have read somewhere that heart failure often produces weight gain as a result of fluid retention. I was reading your post and realized that this could be the cause. I think you exaggerated with your physical activity. You shouldn’t run that much, long walking and diet would work just fine. Someone told me that up to 10 - 12 pounds of fluid can be retained and you wouldn’t noticed any edemas on your self. My suggestion is- although this doesn’t have to be anything serious -contact your cardiologist about all this!
